Dagen made a big impact around here from baby puppyhood on to an adult. He never quite finished in the show ring, partly due to moving out of our region, and was not coursed heavily because of recurrent toe injuries. He does still course in the veterans class, he doesn't know he's not winning- he just likes to run! Dagen made a name for himself as the show dog who could run when competing in local oval track racing events, the strategy of the oval was just his thing. In his senior years he still enjoys running and hiking the local trails, and escorting his girls on walks around the neighborhood.

Dagen has left us, and left a huge place that can never be filled.
